You need to register with your InstaCred Mobile Number on Sangeetha website and enjoy the benefits of approved credit.

2. How do I shop using InstaCred?

If you are pre-approved by one of our lending partners (as mentioned above), simply add your products to Cart and select CCAvenue / Razorpay on Checkout. Select EMI -> Cardless EMI by InstaCred and add your Mobile Number registered with your Bank/NBFC. Select your preferred tenure and follow the instruction to complete your Transaction. Your EMIs will be debited by your Bank/NBFC

3. Are there any processing fees associated with InstaCred EMI?

Fees / Charges on your Loan are at the discretion of your Bank/Lender. Processing Fees, if any, will be displayed to you at the time of Transaction confirmation.

4. Do I need to make a down payment?

No. There is no down payment that is required to buy a product via InstaCred Cardless EMI.

5. Where can I track the status of my purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation from Sangeetha Mobiles. You can also check the status of your purchase by navigating to purchase history. You can also check with your Bank/NBFC on the status of your Loan

6. What happens if I don’t need the product/service I bought?

Your return policy is guided by Sangeetha Mobiles. Once Sangeetha Mobiles initiates the refund for your product, this will be refunded back to your Bank/Lender. If the refund amount is less than the loan amount, then you will need to pay the balance amount to the bank. We recommend that you check with your Bank/Lender to determine the balance payable in case of refunds.
