Shipping and Delivey Instructions
  1. Please ensure to send us your photo id proof, address proof and a copy of your credit card statement for order verification. Orders would not be delivered without that. You can provide us your driving license, PAN card or any other recent government issued documents as a proof for your address, photo. You should send them to support@sangeethamobiles.com after you successfully place the order online.


  2. All orders would be couriered via Blue Dart Express or TNT couriers.


  3. The photographs presented in this site are only indicative.


  4. Orders need to be placed one day in advance (to the date of delivery) for deliveries to bangalore. For other locations please place the order atleast 2-3 days in advance.


  5. You would be able to change only the date of delivery after the order is placed and that too only before 48hrs of the delivery time. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.


  6. We do not deliver on sundays or public or national holidays. If your date mentioned is on a sunday it would either be delivered on Saturday or Monday.


  7. We ship our products in anticipation that it reaches the destination on the specified date. However for some delays beyond the control of Sangeetha mobiles, it might not happen.


  8. We would put in our best effort to deliver the order in the address mentioned. However in case of an incomplete, incorrect address or a locked address, we would consider the order delivered. There would be no refund for such orders.


  9. The recipient is supposed to provide an id proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The handset would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided.
